LONGTITLE AN ACT TO AMEND THE FEDERAL ROADS MAINTENANCE AGENCY ACT NO.7 OF BY PROVIDING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AN ADDITIONAL SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR THE AGENCY; AND FOR RELATED MATIERSENACTED by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria-

1. Amendment of the Federal Road Maintenance Act No. 7 of 2002

The Federal Road Maintenance Act, 2002 (in this Act referred to as the "Principal Act",) is amended as set out in this Act.

2. Substitution for .Section 2 of the Principal Act

Substitute for Section 2 of the Principal Act a new Section "2"-

(1)There shall be established for the Agency, a fourteen member GoverningBoard for the running of the affairs of the Agency (in this Act referred to as the "Board").
