Longtitle AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL AGENCY FOR THE CONTROL OF HIV AND AIDS; AND OTHER RELATED MATTERSENACTED by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as follows -

1. Establishment of the National Agency for the Control of HIV and AIDS

(1)There is hereby established an agency to be known as the National Agency for the Control of HIV and AIDS (In this Act referred to as the "the Agency") which shall under that name be a body corporate with perpetual succession and common seal. and may sue or be sued in its corporate name
