AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL SPACE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF CAPACITY BUILDING IN SPACE SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOP SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS AND FOR RELATED MATTERS

Part I – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONAL SPACE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

1. Establishment of the National Space Research and Development Agency

(1)There is established the National Space Research and Development Agency (in this Act referred to as “the Agency”).

(2)The Agency:

(a)Shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and

(b)may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
