AN ACT TO REPEAL THE CENTRE FOR AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ACT CAP. C5 AND NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE COUNCIL ACT CAP. N8. LAWS OF THE FEDERATION OF NIGERIA, 2004 AND ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL; AND FOR RELATED MATTERS.

Part 1 – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONALAUTOMOTIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

1. Establishment of National Automotive Design and Development Council

(1)There is established the National Automotive Design and Development Council (in this Act referred to as “the council”).2. The Council.
