In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, Cap. D9, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, and all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Geoffrey Oxyeama, Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, make the following Order—
