An Act to Establish the Federal Con ege of Dental Technology and Therapy to Provide for Courses Leading to the Award of Degrees Diplomas and Certificates in Dental Technology and Therapy ; and for Related Matters .Enacted by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria—

1. Establishment of the Federal College of Dental technology and Therapy

(1)There is established the Federal College of Dental Technology Establishment and Therapy (in this Act referred to as "the College") which shall have the functions and powers conferred on it by this Act.

(2)The College—

(a)shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common and seat: and

(b)may sue and be sued in its corporate name;
