An Act to establish the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy to provide for courses heading to the award of degrees, diplomas and certificates in dental technology and therapy; and for related matters.

1. Establishment of the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy

(1)There is established the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy (in this Act referred to as "the College") which shall have the functions and powers conferred on it by Dental Technology and this Act.

(2)The College-

(a)shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and

(b)may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
