Part I – DECLARATION OF POLICY, ESTABLISHMENT AND COMPOSITION, OF THE NATIONAL SENIOR CITIZENS CENTRE GOVERNING BOARD

1. Declaration of policy

In line with section 16 (2) (d) of the 1999 Constitution, it shall be a State policy to provide adequate social services and an improved quality of life for the elderly.

2. Establishment of the National Senior Citizens Centre

(1)There is established the National Senior Citizens Centre (in this Act referred to as "the National Centre").
