An Act to amend the Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission Act No. 7, 2010 to reduce the percentage on revenue generated by any company or authority from the operation of hydroelectric dams; and for related matters.

1. Amendment of Act No. 7, 2010

The Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas (Establishment, Etc.) Act No. 7, 2010 (in this Act referred to as "the Principal Act") is amended as set out in this Act.

2. Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a)by substituting for paragraph (a), anew paragraph "(a)" -
