An Act to provide for the full integration of persons with disabilities into the society, establish the National Commission for People with Disabilities and vest in the Commission the responsibilities for their education, health care, social, economic and civil rights; and for related matters.ENACTED by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria -

Part 1 – PROHIBITION OF DISCRIMINATION, AND AWARENESS PROGRAMMES

1. Prohibition of discrimination and penalty

(1)A person with disability shall not be discriminated against on the ground of his disability by any person or institution in any manner or circumstance,
