AN ACT TO ESTABLISH THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CREDIT ADMINISTRATION TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE CREDIT MANAGEMENT PRACTICE AND SET STANDARDS AND SKILLS TO BE ATTAINED BY PERSONS SEEKING TO BECOME PROFESSIONAL CREDIT MANAGERS IN NIGERIA ; AND FOR RELATED MATTERSENACTED by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria—

Part I – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CREDIT ADMINISTRATION

1. Establishment of National Institute of Credit Administration and its objectives

(1)There is established the National Institute of Credit Administration (in this Act referred to as “the Institute”).
