1. Alteration of the Constitution
The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (in thisAct referred to as “the Principal Act”) is altered as set out in this Act.2. Alteration of Part I of the First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Principal Act is altered in Part I, by substituting for the words, “Afikpo North” and “Afikpo South”, in paragraph 11, line 1, the words, “Afikpo” and “Edda” ;3. Citation
