ORDER – 1 - CITATION AND COMMENCEMENT.

1. (1) These Rules may he cited as the Borno State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2006 and shall come into force on the..........day of .................................2006.(2) Application of these Rules shall be directed towards the achievement of just, efficient and speedy dispensation of justice.2.
