In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 26 of the National Of Spill Detection and Response Agency, (Establishment) Act No. 15 of 2006 (“the Act") and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the NATIONAL OIL SPILL DETECTION AND RESPONSE AGENCY hereby makes the following regulations:
