In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 254 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, section 44 of the Federal High Court Act, Sections 53 and 61 of Asset Management Corporation Act 2010, Order 57 rule 3 of the Federal High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, aud all the other powers of my office, I, Ibrahim Ndahi Auta ofr, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, issue these practice directions :
