In exercise of the powers conferred on the Federal Road Safety Commission (“Commission”) by Section 5 of the Federal Road Safety Commission (Establishment) Act, 2007 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Commission makes the following Regulations—The National Road Traffic Regulations, 2012 (referred to in these Regulations as the "Principal Regulations") is hereby amended as provided in these Regulations
