In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 112(1) of the Immigration Act, 2015 ("Act") and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, LT. GEN ABDUL RAHMAN BELLO DAMBAZAM (Rtd), the Minister of Interior, make the following Regulations

Part I – OBJECTIVES

1. Objectives

The objective of these Regulations are to-

(a)provide legal framework for the effective implementation of the Act; and

(b)consolidate existing immigration regulations.
