In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 254 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, ADAMU ABDU-KAFARATI, Honourable Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, hereby make the following Rules-

ORDER – 1 -OBJECTIVES AND APPLICATION

1. Objectives

(1)The objective of this rule is to enable the Court deal with AMCON claims quickly and efficiently.

(2)The judge shall give effect to the objective referred to in sub-rule (1) of this rule at every stage of AMCON claim when exercising any power given by the Act or Rules.

2. Application

(1)These Rules shall apply to all AMCON claims.
