AN ACT to establish an Energy Commission; provide for its functions relating to the regulation, management, development and utilisation of energy resources in Ghana; provide for the granting of licences for the transmission, wholesale supply, distribution and sale of electricity and natural gas; refining, storage, bulk distribution, marketing and sale of petroleum products and to provide for related matters.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows
