AN ACT to provide for the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre as the agency of Government responsible for the encouragement and promotion of investments in Ghana, to provide for the creation of an attractive incentive framework and a transparent, predictable and facilitating environment for investments in Ghana and for related matters.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:

(1)This Act applies to enterprises in Ghana.
(2)Despite subsection (1), this Act shall not be interpreted to restrict compliance with the requirements of any other enactment.
