In exercise of the powers conferred on the Rules of Court Committee by Article 154 of the 1992 Constitution these Rules are made this 28th day of February, 2006.

1. Application

These Rules apply to civil proceedings in
(a)the District,
(b)the Circuit and High Courts,
(c)the Commercial Court (of the High Court),
(d)the Court of Appeal and
(e)the Supreme Court.
