IN exercise of the power conferred on the Rules of Court Committee by clause (2) of article 157 of the Constitution, these Rules are made this 9th day of October, 2019.

1. Regulation 1 - Rule 1 of C.I. 42 amended

The Adoption Rules, 2003 (C.I. 42) referred to in these Rules as the "principal enactment" is amended by the substitution for rule 1, of"1. Application of RulesThese Rules apply to adoption proceedings.".

2. Regulation 2 - Rules 1A and 1B inserted
