IN exercise of the powers conferred on the National Liberation Council by paragraph 1 of the Border Demarcation Commission Decree, 1968 (N.L.C.D. 235) this Instrument is made this 29th day of February, 1968.

1. Appointment of Commission

There is hereby appointed a Commission consisting of the following members, that is to say—
(i)Mr. S. Bawa Dy-Yakah,
(ii)The Regional Administrative Officer, Upper Region;
(iii)The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Border Guards;
(iv)A Principal Community Development Officer to be nominated by the Ministry of Youth and Rural Development;
(v)An Assistant Chief Survey Officer to be nominated by the Chief Survey Officer;
