An Act of Parliament to provide for the establishment of the Agricultural Development Corporation and for connected purposes.

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Development Corporation Act.

2. Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—“Corporation” means the Agricultural Development Corporation established by section 3 of this Act;“managing director” means the managing director of the Corporation appointed under section 14 of this Act.[Act No. 7 of 1981, s. 2.]

3. Establishment of Agricultural Development Corporation
