AN ACT of Parliament to provide for the establishment of the Digital Health Agency; to provide a framework for provision of digital health services; to establish a comprehensive integrated digital health information system; and for connected purposes.

Part I – PRELIMINARY

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Digital Health Act, 2023.

2. Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—"Agency" means the Digital Health Agency established under section 5;"anonymization" means the removal of personal identifiers from personal data so that the data subject is no longer identifiable;"Board" means the Board of Directors of the Agency constituted under section 8;"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for ministry responsible for matter…
