1. These Rules may be cited as the Plant Protection (Potatoes) Rules.2. No potatoes of the Bernadette and or Petra varieties shall be grown or moved into any of the areas specified in the Schedule.3. Any person who contravenes the provisions of rule 2 shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months.
