1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order.2. The areas, places and premises described in the Schedules are declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act, and no person shall be in such protected areas without the permission of the prescribed authority or—

(a)in respect of the areas, places and premises described in the First Schedule, the President or the Cabinet Secretary;

(b)in respect of the areas, places and premises described in the Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules, the President or the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for defence;
