1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (Union of Radio and Television Network of Africa) Order.2. The Union of Radio and Television Network of Africa, hereinafter referred to as the "organization", being an organization of which the Government of Kenya and other foreign Governments are members is declared to be an organization to which section 9 of the Act shall apply.3. The organization shall have-

(a)the legal capacities of a body corporate; and

(b)the immunities and privileges specified in Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
