1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Anti-poverty Trust Fund) Regulations, 2001.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“financial year” means the period of twelve months ending on the 30th June in each year;“financing agreement” means the agreement signed between the Government of the Republic of Kenya, the Trustees and other donors providing for the management of the Funds;“founders” means the Government of the Republic of Kenya and the bodies specified in the schedule;“Fund” means the Anti-poverty Trust Fund established by regulation 3;“Plan” means the national poverty eradication plan …Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
