Part I – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Public Procurement) Regulations, 2001.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—appeal” means a request for administrative review or a complaint filed with the Appeals Board pursuant to regulations 41 and 42;Appeals Board” means the Public Procurement Complaints, Review and Appeals Board;candidate” means a person invited to take part in public procurement;disposal” means the sale by competitive bidding of stores whether excess, surplus, obsolete or salvaged property by a procuring entity or under the authority of the procuring ent…
