1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (Church World Service) Order.2. The Church World Service, in this Order referred to as "the Organization" being a non profit making Non-Governmental Organization with the primary objective of responding to humanitarian needs, enjoying membership from thirty-six independent denominational churches and holding consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, is declared to be an organization to which section 11 of the Act shall apply.3.
