1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 2) Order.2. The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the specified areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security.3. For purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Kenya Power or the Chief Operations Manager of the Kenya Petroleum Refineries.
