1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Political Parties Act (Cap. 7D);"complainant" means a person who lodges a dispute pursuant to section 40 of the Act;"Commission" means the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission established under Article 88 of the Constitution;"complaint" means a dispute filed under section 40 of the Act;"Chairperson" means the Chairperson appointed under section 39 of the Act;"deputy registrar" means a person designated by the Judicial Service Commission for the discharge of judicial functions of the Tribunal and includes any person performing the duties of the office;"…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
