1. Citation

This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Energy Sector) Order.

2. Interpretation

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the Protected Areas Act (Cap. 204); and"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to internal security.

3. Declaration of protected areas

The areas, places or premises described in the Schedule hereto are declared to be protected areas for purposes of the Act and no person shall be in the areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary.

4. Prescribed Authority

For purposes of this Order, the prescribed authority shall be—
