Managing Notifications

To control your notifications:

  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Find the JUDY app
  3. Adjust notification preferences

Using the Mobile App

Logging In

  1. Open the JUDY app
  2. Tap Log In
  3. Enter your email and password
    • Or use Continue with Google / Continue with Apple
  4. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your verification code

Searching

  1. Tap the search bar at the top
  2. Enter your search query
  3. Select Cases or Legislation
  4. Apply filters as needed
  5. Tap any result to read

Reading Content

  • Swipe to navigate between sections
  • Pinch to zoom for easier reading
  • Tap highlighted terms for definitions
  • Use the toolbar to highlight, share, or download

Managing Your Account

Access account settings by tapping your profile icon:

  • View and edit profile
  • Manage subscription
  • Access saved annotations
  • Log out

Syncing Across Devices

Your judy.legal account syncs automatically:

  • Annotations appear on all your devices
  • Search history is shared
  • Reading progress is maintained

Log in with the same account on web and mobile to keep everything in sync.

Troubleshooting

App Not Loading

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Force close and reopen the app
  3. Update to the latest version
  4. Restart your device

Login Issues

  1. Verify your email and password

  3. Check if 2FA is required
  4. Ensure your subscription is active

Sync Problems

  1. Pull down to refresh
  2. Log out and log back in
