1. This Order may be cited as the Privileges and Immunities (African Social Studies Programme) Order.2. The African Social Studies Programme, in this Order referred to as the "Organization", being an organization of which the Government of Kenya and other foreign governments are members, is hereby declared to be an organization to which section 9 of the Act applies.3. The organization shall have-

(a)the legal capacities of a body corporate; and

(b)the privileges and immunities specified in paragraphs 1 to 4 (inclusive) of Part I of the Fourth Schedule to the Act.
