1. Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the National Gender and Equality Commission (Complaints Handling Procedure) Regulations.2. Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"Act" means the National Gender and Equality Commission Act (Cap. 7K);"admission" includes the determination of the eligibility of a complaint by the Commission, and the term "admit" and "admitted" shall, wherever they occur, be construed accordingly;"child" has the meaning assigned to it under the Children Act (Cap. 141);"complainant" means a person who lodges a complaint with the Commission in accordance with regulation 6;"Court" means the High Court established under Article 165(1) of t…Read the Full Legislation on judy.legal
